Panic Attacks VS Anxiety Attacks; Yes, They’re Different!
Anxiety attacks are mental disturbances that can range from mild to severe, are triggered by something specific, gradually increasing in intensity, and can be long lasting. Panic attacks are a sudden, intense physical disturbance that comes on without any warnings or specific triggers, can be mild, moderate or severe and are usually short-lived.
