Words cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for the people at SEVN. Today I was stuck between a rock and a hard place when I found out my insurer dropped the ball with billing.
Allie was absolutely incredible. She not only answered every call and question that I had when I was playing telephone between SEVN and my insurer, but she advocated for me in a 3 way call to make sure that I was taken care of and my insurer was held accountable. Allie helped me get the issue escalated so that I was taken care of, which I was not able to do on my own.
I also want to say everyone that I have met at SEVN; Alicia, Allie, Ella, and Ben allllll get 5 starts. 10/10 people-- and there are no words that will be sufficient in describing how highly I think of, or how grateful I am for each of them.
