My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens through an empathic and supportive relationship—one that invites self-discovery and growth. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with immigrants and second-generation individuals exploring cultural identity, belonging, and intergenerational dynamics. I honor the complexities of each person's story and strive to create a space where all parts of your identity are welcomed. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, with a primary focus on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. My therapeutic process invites exploration of the deeper patterns that shape your experiences, always approached with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to support and collaborate with you in building a deeper connection with yourself and others, fostering meaningful change, and living in alignment with your values.

We’ve been going to SEVN Therapy for over a year now, and I cannot say enough good things about the care and support we’ve received.

Lauren, who works at the front, is truly a gem. She is always kind, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure we feel supported. She is genuine and compassionate, and her kind heart shines through in everything she does.

My son’s therapist, Ben, has been nothing short of life-changing. He has helped my son navigate some incredibly difficult times with compassion, insight, and unwavering support. He truly believes in my son, gives him a voice, helps him build confidence, and sees him for who he truly is. That kind of belief and care is rare, and it has made all the difference in our lives.

We are so grateful to have found SEVN Therapy. The impact Ben and Lauren have had on our lives is something we will carry with us forever.
Sonia is a wonderful therapist, you can tell she does really care about you. After several failed attempts at therapy, she is truly a breath of fresh air. And Lauren at the front desk is so so sweet!! She's always so helpful and kind when I need to give the office a call or when I come in for my sessions
SEVN Therapy Co has been such a positive and supportive experience from the start. The team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being. They make the process of getting started and finding the right therapist so easy, and you can really tell they’re passionate about helping people heal and grow. The therapists are knowledgeable, compassionate, and create a safe space for honest conversations. I’ve felt truly seen and supported every step of the way. I can’t recommend SEVN enough—it’s a place that actually makes you look forward to therapy.
SEVN has been instrumental in helping my 8 year old little girl learn how to manage her emotions with a bully at school, the death of her father, and now separation anxiety with her mama… Taryn is especially incredible! Praise God for them!
Sonia is amazing. Easy to talk to and very patient. She removed the stigma of just needing to talk.
The therapists are professional, compassionate, and truly committed to helping you grow and heal. The space is calming, beautifully designed, and clearly created with care. I highly recommend SEVN to anyone looking for a safe and empowering place to work on their mental health.
I LOVE Sevn Therapy CO. The scheduling is easy, staff is responsive and respectful. I appreciate their commitment to professionalism and confidentiality. Regardless of the issues you are dealing with, or if you just want someone to talk to, I highly recommend Sevn Therapy co. It is a safe space where healing happens. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
