Jolian George, LPC Associate
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens through an empathic and supportive relationship—one that invites self-discovery and growth. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with immigrants and second-generation individuals exploring cultural identity, belonging, and intergenerational dynamics. I honor the complexities of each person’s story and strive to create a space where all parts of your identity are welcomed. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, with a primary focus on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. My therapeutic process invites exploration of the deeper patterns that shape your experiences, always approached with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to support and collaborate with you in building a deeper connection with yourself and others, fostering meaningful change, and living in alignment with your values.
